Instructions

  • Season pork loin on both sides with rosemary, thyme, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • Place pork loin in the pot of a slow cooker
  • Add onion, carrots and garlic to the slow cooker
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and broth.
  • Pour the mixture over pork loin. Place slices of butter on top of the pork.
  • Replace the lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Slice pork loin or shred before serving.
