Happy Monday! Can you believe another week has gone by? I swear it seems like I was just writing my meal plan for last week, and here we are already onto the next!
Since starting my journey to cut out added sugar I have lost 5 pounds! Can you believe it? It’s been a little over a week since I got serious about it, and 3 weeks since my last soda. So far my cravings haven’t been too bad, although I did have a rough day Saturday. You know how you just get the notion of something sweet in your head and can’t seem to shake it? That was me ALL DAY. I stayed strong though!
Well enough about that! Here is our dinner meal plan for the week! Enjoy!
Tuesday–Taco salad (with leftover fajita meat)
Wednesday–Chicken sausages with quinoa and steamed veggies
Thursday–Scrambled eggs with onion, peppers and asparagus, bacon
Friday–Homemade veggie pizzas
Saturday–One pot beans chicken and rice
Sunday–Grilled steaks, sushi, baked potato, salad (Valentine’s Day dinner)
