Happy almost 2016 folks! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and time with their families. My husband and I had the entire weekend off and let me tell you, I didn’t do a thing. It was wonderful!
Speaking of not doing a thing, I wanted to let you guys know that I am planning on taking a bit of a break around here. Don’t worry though, it’s only for the month of January and only for new recipes/projects. I will continue to host our weekly Merry Monday party and post weekly meal plans. I’ll also be doing some behind the scenes work to make your reading experience that much better. I have so many good things in store for 2016!!
Anyway, I know it’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted our weekly meal plan and for that I appologize. In all honesty, I hadn’t been making plans because of the crazy holidays messing up routines. But Christmas is behind us, so I’m back at it!
Meal plan for 12/28:
Tuesday–Spaghetti with Garlic Bread
Thursday–Oven Baked Chicken Wings, salad
Friday– Mini homemade pizzas
Saturday– Vegetable beef soup
Sunday– Steamed rice and veggies
