This week I’m changing it up slightly. I’m venturing a little outside of my normal meals, but still sticking with easy things to prepare. The Parmesan crusted chicken is something I used to make all the time, but haven’t in a while. It’s really simple too.
This week I spent $127.14–but I also stocked up on meat, pet food and toiletries.
Monday–Chicken Fajita Bake served over rice
Tuesday–BLT’s with avocado and Feta cheese on French bread
Wednesday–Parmesan crusted chicken over alfredo noodles
Saturday–Hamburgers, cottage cheese, asparagus
Sunday–Smoked Pork Roast, green beans, potato salad
