Happy Monday!! I know I missed sharing our weekly meal plan last Monday and for that I apologize! My mom was in town, and by the time I remembered I hadn’t published our meal plan, it was Monday evening!
My hubby and I are going to be trying something new in the coming weeks. We are adding fish to our diet. I know, I know that’s kind of a weird thing for two adults to start trying, but neither of us grew up eating fish regularly. Only if you count frozen fish sticks, the occasional salmon patty, and whenever my dad would fry catfish. Even then, the meals were very few and far between.
So if any of my wonderful readers has a great fish recipe, please share with me! I love experimenting!
Monday– Grilled chicken salad
Wednesday– Chicken, quinoa and broccoli casserole
Thursday– Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
Saturday– Hamburgers, oven fries
Sunday– Grilled Salmon, asparagus, quinoa
