Happy Monday folks! I’m back with another weekly meal plan for you.
Can you believe this is our last week in June?! That means we are in full blown HOT Texas summertime with daily temperatures well into the high 90’s. In fact I’m pretty sure I saw that we will hit the 100’s next week. Great.
What fun things did you do over the weekend? My husband and I got out of the house and to the movies. We saw the new Independence Day film and it sure brought back memories.
I had a couple of grilling recipes on last week’s meal plan, but we had to get creative when we ran out of propane. I know we live in the city and all, but who really wants to run out to the store to exchange propane tanks when you are in your pj’s already anyway.
Yes. I do grill in my pj’s. Judge away.
So this week I am making up for the lack of grilling by firing it up for this week’s meal plan.
- Monday– Grilled chicken salad
- Tuesday– Yellow Curry
- Wednesday–BLT’s, cottage cheese, steamed veggies
- Thursday– Chicken Alfredo Baked Ziti
- Friday– Italian Beef sandwiches
- Saturday– Hamburgers, potato wedges, salad
- Sunday– Grilled Steaks, baked potato, green beans
