Download this Free Hand Lettered Christmas Printable inspired by the famous movie quote and give your home a little Christmas flair.

It’s day 2 of the 12 days of Christmas blog hop! Did you miss yesterday’s scrapbook paper ornament post? I’m joining up with over 40 bloggers to bring you a new tutorial every day! Today’s theme is a movie inspired treat or craft.

When I first thought about this theme, I was torn between two of my favorite Christmas movies–Christmas Vacation and Home Alone. Both movies are staples that I watch every year. So once I finally settled on which movie and quote to go with, all I had to do was start doodling!
Yep that’s right! This free printable is 100% my own hand writing. And while this isn’t exactly a craft tutorial, I did make it with my hands! Scroll down a bit to see more details.

Free Hand Lettered Christmas Printable
So I don’t have a tutorial for you today, but I can tell you that after making this hand lettered Christmas printable I want to make hand lettered all.the.things! It was so easy to turn my little scribbles into digital graphics, so there really is nothing stopping me now!

The hardest part of making this cute hand lettered Christmas printable was getting my letters to look just right. I made SO many mock ups before I finally settled on a layout and style. I followed this easy tutorial to turn my lettering into a digital file. I will say that you definitely need some knowledge of using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to do this. After that, all I had to do was add this cute little moose graphic with a red buffalo check texture overlay.
