I finally have my chalkboard menu hung up in the kitchen! Yes, I know, I finished that project over a week ago, but it’s been sitting in my office until I could pick up the hooks I needed to hang it. Finally! Having our weekly menu hanging in the kitchen will really help me stay on track! All I have to do is glance at it the night before so I can prepare.
I planned quite a few crock pot meals this week. I am hoping this will make both mine and my husband’s life a little bit easier. I only wish I had 2 Crock Pots!!
So what are we eating this week?
Breakfast (much of the same)
Yogurt, granola and fruit
Granola cereal and whole milk
Whole wheat toast and peanut butter
Tuesday: Beef Stew (crock pot)
Wednesday: Santa Fe Chicken over brown rice (crock pot)
Saturday: Broccoli Cheese Soup
Sunday: Garlic and Herb Beef Roast
