Sorry I missed you all last week! I spent the week as a single woman. Yes, you read that right! My husband was gone on a week long business trip, and since it was just me, I didn’t plan out any meals. In all honesty, I only cook dinner for my husband. I could really care less what’s for dinner and am perfectly content scrounging or eating a bowl of cereal. It’s a glamorous life, folks, let me tell you.
What I did do last week, though, was make up about 14 freezer meals, a long with some breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Remember last year when I shared my freezer cooking with you? Think of it as part two, coming to you in a few weeks! This time, the focus is Crock Pot.
Anyway, we are back to our normal routine, so here’s our dinner meal plan for the week:
Monday-– Chicken Quesadillas, Spanish rice, guacamole
Tuesday— Slow cooker chilli
Wednesday— Spaghetti with meatballs
Thursday— Buffalo chicken sandwiches, cottage cheese, oven roasted zucchini
Friday— Salad with leftover buffalo chicken
Saturday— Cheesy chicken and broccoli pasta
Sunday— Loaded potato soup
