I can’t believe the weekend is over already! I always look forward to the weekends, as I’m sure everyone does. I carefully plan out each thing I want to accomplish, and then before I know it, it’s Monday and my to-do list is only halfway done. Maybe I’m too ambitious, or maybe I need to plan out my days better. Does anyone else have this problem? Surely I’m not alone… 😉
I’m excited for this week, though. This week marks my last week of working as a full time vet tech (at least for now). Starting next week, I will be part-time! Maybe I can finally get all of that to-do list done each week? For those of my loyal readers, I thank you for coming back week after week. If not for you, I would not be able to keep this little blog going. You guys encourage me weekly!
Ok, so let’s get back to the point, and what everyone is here to read about–my weekly meal plan! We did pretty good last week, sticking with our plan, and not spending an outrageous amount of money at the grocery store. We only missed one of our meals, and that was because I forgot to thaw out chicken the night before. Oh well, we just ended up eating leftovers that night. I’m so lucky to have a husband that will eat anything, even if it is the same anything he had the night before!
