I hope everyone had a wonderful (and safe) New Years! My husband and I lounged on the couch, marathon-ing old CSI episodes on Netflix, while the dog laid in our laps terrified of all the fireworks. It was amazing.
Although I won’t be posting new content like recipes, crafts and DIY for the month of January, I will still continue bringing you my weekly meal plan! Ok, well except for next week’s plan, but that’s because there won’t be one! We will be relaxing on the beach (in MEXICO!) and consuming way too many calories in food and drinks.

Meal Plan for 1/4/16
Monday– Grilled Chicken, quinoa, steamed veggies
Tuesday–Crock Pot Italian Beef
Wednesday– Shrimp Hibachi
Thursday– Chicken and spinach Quesadillas
Friday– Leftovers or a Salad (eating up what’s left in the fridge before we leave)
Saturday and Sunday–We will be on the beautiful beaches of Hualtuco Mexico #sorrynotsorry
