So how’d you do last week? Did you stick to your plan? For the most part, we did. I switched around a few days, but still had the same meals we planned out.
What’s for dinner this week?
Monday– Easy Cajun Chicken legs, cottage cheese, salad
Wednesday– Southwestern style salad with leftover taco meat
Thursday– Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, sweet potato fries
Friday– Leftovers, or steamed veggies and rice.
Saturday– Steaks on the Grill, salad and baked potato (only splurging because we don’t go out for Valentine’s Day)
Sunday– Sausage and Spinach pasta (recipe coming soon!)
One new thing I thought I would share with you guys this week is my grocery bill. Mostly I write up my plan and grocery list Saturday evenings, and do my shopping Sunday mornings. Sometimes something else will come up and I will go Monday mornings.
This week we were getting low on staples like toilet paper and paper towels, and I also had to stock up on cat food, so my total was a little higher than normal. I got out of HEB for $128.65
