Wow, it’s already late afternoon on Monday and I am JUST NOW sitting down to write this. I totally forgot about planning a meal plan this week and just sort of winged it at the grocery store. Yesterday I spent most of the day working on some DIY projects around the house, as well as planting some veggies and herbs. By the time I was done for the day, I didn’t even consider sitting down to blog.
Then today has gotten away from me too. My husband and I spent the better half of our morning computer shopping for me. My desktop is officially dead–even the “new” one my husband built with random parts from old computers isn’t even booting up. That means I am working from my very old, very slow laptop, to bring you posts this week, while I decide what route to go with a new computer. UGH! I am terrible at making decisions.
Anyway, I thought I would still bring you my meal plan for the week–after all, it’s better late than never–right?
Monday–Leftovers-since we have plenty and the last thing I planned for today was dinner
Tuesday–Smoked chicken breasts, green beans, and wild rice.
Wednesday–BLT’s again. I have so much bacon that needs used up and who could turn down BLT’s anyway?
Thursday–Spaghetti and garlic bread
Saturday–Oven baked chicken wings and sweet potato fries
Sunday– Grilled steaks, baked potato and salad
