Do you ever have those days that you have a million and one ideas, but you just can’t seem to sit down and actually concentrate on finishing one of them? I have felt that way all weekend. Saturday I was all gung-ho about being productive and getting all of my projects out of the way so I could relax the rest of the time. Well, I slept late, and then couldn’t find the motivation to even start those projects. I didn’t feel great on top of that, so after wasting the majority of my day, around 8pm I finally got some motivation.
Then Sunday, I had every intention of getting up early to get groceries out of the way so I could, once again, finish that darn to-do list. Instead, I overslept again, and when I got home I got cleaning ADD. You know, the kind where you start cleaning something, see another thing that needs your attention, and before you know it you have made an even bigger mess than the one you set out to clean?
I know we have all been there, but man my funk just wants to stick around for some reason!
Anyway, I did manage to get those groceries (and not a whole lot else) done. Here’s what’s for dinner this week,
Monday–Chicken Quesadillas with homemade Guacamole
Tuesday– Southwestern Salad
Wednesday– Crock Pot Italian beef
Thursday– Barbequie Chicken legs in the crock pot, quinoa, salad
Friday– Spaghetti and garlic bread
Saturday– Breaded and baked pork chops, mashed potatoes, asparagus
Sunday– Spinach and sausage pasta
