Do you ever get cravings for something, and then you can’t get it out of your head? All last week I was thinking how good fried chicken and mashed potatoes sounded, so I knew I would have to plan it for this week’s meal plan. Although it’s not the healthiest of meals, I can’t remember the last time I made it. I know I haven’t fried chicken since living in Texas, and that’s been almost 2 years! I think we are about due 😉
