Do you ever get cravings for something, and then you can’t get it out of your head? All last week I was thinking how good fried chicken and mashed potatoes sounded, so I knew I would have to plan it for this week’s meal plan. Although it’s not the healthiest of meals, I can’t remember the last time I made it. I know I haven’t fried chicken since living in Texas, and that’s been almost 2 years! I think we are about due 😉
Anyway, here’s the rest of the meals I’ve planned out for the week. What’s on your menu?
Monday–Baked chicken with steamed rice and veggies
Tuesday–Chicken quesadillas (with leftover chicken)
Wednesday–Crockpot Italian beef
Friday– Leftovers, or mini flatbread pizzas
Saturday–Hamburgers, cottage cheese, salad
Sunday–Pan fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans
