Ingredients

Cayenne Glazed Pork Chops

  • Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Black Bean Salsa

  • 1 15 oz can black beans , rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz can yellow corn , drained
  • 2 roma tomatoes , finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion , finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno , seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro , chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

Cayenne Glazed Pork Chops

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Rub mixture all over Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
  • Grill 5 minutes on each side on medium heat, or until cooked through

Black Bean Salsa

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Serve over Cayenne Glazed Pork Chops or with tortilla chips
