Blueberry and Banana Bread

I used 1 cup all purpose, 3/4 cup whole wheat

Baking Powder

Baking Soda

Salt

butter
softened

sugar

eggs
1/4
cup
Vanilla Greek yogurt
1
tsp
Vanilla extract
2-3
ripe bananas
1/2
cup
blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt-set aside
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar
Mix in eggs, one at a time, combining well after each
Add in yogurt, vanilla and bananas.
Slowly mix in dry ingredients and stir just until incorporated.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
