Ingredients

Whole Wheat flour

Bread flour

egg white
Instructions
In the bowl of a bread machine, combine all of the ingredients minus egg white in the order listed.
Select the dough cycle on your bread machine and hit run. It will take around 2 hours 15 minutes to complete.
Once the cycle is complete, turn out the bread dough onto a floured surface, and roll out slightly.
Cut the dough into 4 equal parts
Roll each part into a ball that is taller than it is wide and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Cover the dough balls and let them rise for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Brush the tops of the bread bowls with an egg white wash.
Bake the dough for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
To serve the bread bowls, cut off the tops and scoop out some of the inside. Leave the sides and bottom in tact.
