Ingredients

Broccoli florets
3
cups
cauliflower florets

tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
smoked paprika
1/2
tsp
each salt and pepper
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl, toss broccoli and cauliflower in olive oil and seasonings.
Place the broccoli and cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet, and place in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until broccoli and cauliflower are fork tender.
Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese.
Optional for a nice crisp, place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
