Starting with a box mix, these red velvet white chip cookies couldn't be easier to make, plus they are packed full of flavor and retain their moist cake-like texture.
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with a non-stick liner or parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese until it's smooth.
Beat in eggs, one at a time until well combined.
Add in vanilla and cake mix, and mix until well incorporated.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
Notes
It may be necessary to add in an extra tablespoon or 2 of flour. If the dough seems too wet or sticky, add in 1 tbsp of flour at a time to get the correct consistency.
