I love sleep. If I could sleep 23 hours a day, I probably would. Because of this, I am NOT a morning person. I literally speak to my co-workers in grunts and nods until about an hour into my shift. True.story.

In the mornings, you can usually find me scrambling about like a crazy person, trying to get out the door so I’m not late to work. Needless to say, I usually don’t have time for a healthy breakfast.

These Wild Strawberry Popsicles are a great way to enjoy something sweet, but still get a full serving of fruit and a punch of protein. Plus they are so easy to make! Simply blend together LALA® Yogurt Smoothies, strawberries and honey, and pour into popsicle molds. Seriously, you can’t get any easier.

Wild Strawberry Smoothie Popsicles

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours
Total Time: 6 hours 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 LALA® Yogurt Smoothies in Wild Strawberry flavor
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth
  2. Pour into Popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
