I love sleep. If I could sleep 23 hours a day, I probably would. Because of this, I am NOT a morning person. I literally speak to my co-workers in grunts and nods until about an hour into my shift. True.story.
In the mornings, you can usually find me scrambling about like a crazy person, trying to get out the door so I’m not late to work. Needless to say, I usually don’t have time for a healthy breakfast.
Thankfully, LALA® Yogurt Smoothies come to my rescue. These smoothies come in so handy because they are the perfect size to throw in my purse. I can drink them in the car, or once I’m at work. The best part? LALA® Yogurt Smoothies are packed full of protein and calcium, made with real fruit, and they taste great! You couldn’t ask for more!
I like to enjoy mine along with a banana, but these smoothies also go great with an english muffin, granola bar or as is!
You can find LALA® Yogurt Smoothies at Walmart conveniently located in the dairy section. Grab a 4-pack the next time you are there picking up groceries. Also be on the lookout for a $1 off coupon with fresh fruit purchase you’ll find by the smoothies to save you even more money. Ya’ll know how I LOVE saving money.
Not only can you enjoy LALA® Yogurt Smoothies on the go, but you can even enjoy them as an after dinner dessert without feeling guilty. These Wild Strawberry Popsicles are a great way to enjoy something sweet, but still get a full serving of fruit and a punch of protein. Plus they are so easy to make! The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze.
Simply blend together LALA® Yogurt Smoothies, strawberries and honey, and pour into popsicle molds. Seriously, you can’t get any easier.
