June Monthly Meal Plan

Happy Memorial Day friends! I had a bit of a panic while I was getting this post together. For real is it already June? And if so, when did that happen?? 

I have a new monthly meal plan ready for you, and we are still following a Ketogenic Diet plan. If you aren’t doing the keto diet, most of these recipes are still great for a normal diet. A lot of times we just swap out a bun or tortilla for lettuce, or rice for cauliflower rice. When I cook I tend to add more butter than I normally would but that is totally adjustable too! That’s the beauty of this diet! 

Here’s our June monthly meal plan:

Week 1

Week 2

  • Monday– Fat head nachos
  • Tuesday– Taco salad with leftover nacho meat
  • Wednesday– Lettuce wrapped BLT’s
  • Thursday–Baked chicken and veggies
  • Friday– Seared round steak with peppers and onions over cauliflower rice
  • Saturday– Baked Salmon and asparagus
  • Sunday– Bunless burgers, zucchini fries
