June Monthly Meal Plan
Happy Memorial Day friends! I had a bit of a panic while I was getting this post together. For real is it already June? And if so, when did that happen??

I have a new monthly meal plan ready for you, and we are still following a Ketogenic Diet plan. If you aren’t doing the keto diet, most of these recipes are still great for a normal diet. A lot of times we just swap out a bun or tortilla for lettuce, or rice for cauliflower rice. When I cook I tend to add more butter than I normally would but that is totally adjustable too! That’s the beauty of this diet!
Here’s our June monthly meal plan:
Week 1
- Monday– Bunless Burgers, cottage cheese
- Tuesday– Tacos with cheese shells
- Wednesday–Buffalo chicken zucchini boats
- Thursday– Large salad
- Friday– Fat head pizza (seriously this crust is amazing!)
- Saturday– Cream cheese and spinach stuffed chicken with roasted broccoli
- Sunday– Grilled Tilapia and steamed veggies
Week 2
- Monday– Fat head nachos
- Tuesday– Taco salad with leftover nacho meat
- Wednesday– Lettuce wrapped BLT’s
- Thursday–Baked chicken and veggies
- Friday– Seared round steak with peppers and onions over cauliflower rice
- Saturday– Baked Salmon and asparagus
- Sunday– Bunless burgers, zucchini fries
Week 3
- Monday– Mexican style cauliflower rice
- Tuesday–Chili lime skillet chicken
- Wednesday–Zoodles with parmesan and alfredo
- Thursday–Lemon chicken and broccoli
- Friday–Pizzas
- Saturday–Pork chops, cauliflower mash
- Sunday– Chicken wings, cottage cheese
Week 4
- Monday– Lettuce wrapped BLT’s
- Tuesday– Tacos with cheese shells
- Wednesday–cheeseburger salad
- Thursday– Cheese chicken and broccoli bake
- Friday– Beef stir fry
- Saturday– Baked chicken and veggies
- Sunday– Bunless burgers
Week 5
- Monday– Fat head nachos
- Tuesday–Lemon chicken and broccoli
- Wednesday–Chili lime skillet chicken
- Thursday– Mexican Taco Casserole
- Friday– Pizza
- Saturday– Baked salmon
- Sunday–Chicken Wings
