Happy Monday!! Did you all have a good weekend? Even though I had to work on Saturday I’d say I had a pretty productive and enjoyable weekend. My husband and I spent most of the day together on Sunday visiting a few farmer’s markets (not much out yet), eating sushi and shopping. Overall it was pretty amazing!
Even though I cheated a little bit by indulging in some not so “healthy” sushi and drinking way too much wine, I’m back to eating better this week.

Monday– Broccoli and Cheddar Soup
Tuesday–Sweet Siracha Chicken Stir Fry
Wednesday–Quesadillas, chips and guacamole
Thursday– Salad with leftover chicken from quesadillas
Friday– Homemade Pizzas
Saturday– Baked Chicken and Vegetables
Sunday– Hamburgers, oven fries asparagus
