Not eating low carb? No problem! The majority of these dinners have been adapted from regular dinner recipes! You can still follow along, but feel free to use potatoes, rice, bread and pasta to your heart’s content. I won’t judge!
Low Carb Dinner Meal Plan for December
Week 1 Dec 2nd – Dec 8th
- Monday– Keto Chicken Pot Pie
- Tuesday– Zuppa Toscana Soup
- Wednesday– Philly Cheesesteak Skillet with Cauliflower Rice
- Thursday– Taco Salad
- Friday– Pizza ( with these crusts!! )
- Saturday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
- Sunday– Lemon Garlic Chicken and Zoodles
Week 2 Dec 9th – Dec 15th
- Monday–Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Tuesday– Instant Pot Chicken Chili
- Wednesday– Chicken wings with cheesy cauliflower casserole
- Thursday–Beef Fajita Skillet with Low Carb Tortilla Chips
- Friday– Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Saturday–Crock Pot Italian Beef and cauliflower rice
- Sunday– Beef Pot Roast with Cauliflower and carrots

Week 3 Dec 16th – Dec 22nd
- Monday– Chili Lime Skillet Chicken with cauliflower rice
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo and Egg Skillet
- Wednesday– Vegetable Beef Soup
- Thursday–One Pot Beef and Broccoli with cauliflower rice
- Friday–Instant Pot Pizza Soup
- Saturday–One Pot Cheesy Chicken and Zoodles
- Sunday–Zucchini Lasagna
Week 4 Dec 23rd -Dec 29th
- Monday– Air Fryer bacon cheeseburgers (no bun!)
- Tuesday– Instant Pot Mexican Chicken Soup
- Wednesday–Christmas dinner
- Thursday– Crock Pot Chili (we do double meat, usually ground beef and some chorizo, and no beans)
- Friday- Stuffed Chicken with Creamy Brussels Sprouts/Bacon
- Saturday–Vegetable Beef Soup (sub cauliflower for the potatoes)
- Sunday– Air Fryer Chicken Wings, Brussel’s Sprouts
Week 4 Dec 30th – Jan 5th
- Monday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
- Tuesday– New Years Eve! That means we snack
- Wednesday–Low Carb Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Thursday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Friday–Pizzas
- Saturday–Easy Oven Baked Chili Lime Salmon (Sub honey for a sugar free syrup)
- Sunday– Shepherd’s Pie
