It’s been 4 weeks since I posted my weekly meal plan for you guys. My original reasoning for even posting in the first place was to help hold myself accountable for our weekly grocery budget. I thought that if I sat down and came up with a meal plan each week that I would spend less at the store. I was right, because for the last 4 weeks without a meal plan, our budget has been outrageous.
So here we are again!

Here’s what we are eating for dinners this week:
Monday–Cilantro-lime chicken quesadillas with guacamole
Tuesday–Salad with leftover chicken
Wednesday–Slow Cooker pulled pork
Thursday–Chicken burrito bowls with cilantro-lime rice
Friday–Spaghetti, garlic bread, salad
Saturday–Grilled chicken with quinoa and steamed broccoli
Sunday–Baked pork chops, mashed potatoes, and green beans
