I made the ultimate discovery while at BigLots the other day. PB2 CHOCOLATE powder! Not only was I surprised to see PB2 powder on the shelves there, but now there is a chocolate version. Maybe I’m a little late to the game, but this totally amazed me. You better believe I scooped up a jar of it! (In case you are wondering, PB2 Powder is powdered peanut butter that has more protein and less sugar than traditional peanut butter. I decided to experiment with some chocolate peanut butter concoctions that day and came up with this skinny chocolate peanut butter protein shake. Not only does it curb my intense chocolate cravings, but it’s not bad for me. Plus it’s very low in added sugar.

Adding a scoop of my favorite Chocolate Whey Protein powder definitely helped kick up the chocolate factor and the amount of protein. I think making this with vanilla would still be just as good too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp PB2 Chocolate powder
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
