I made this easy spring berry wreath last weekend on a whim. I was at dollar tree (surprise!) and they had all of their spring florals out. I was immediately drawn to the green and purple berries. Last Spring I made a cute green and purple themed wreath, and I loved how the colors looked together. I think purple and green just scream Spring, don’t you?
I decided the white would make a nice addition and make the greens and purples really pop. I already had the grapevine wreath form and the burlap ribbon at home. All I did was borrow my hubby’s wire cutters and pliers to help bend the floral wires. This project took me a whopping 10 minutes to finish and the majority of that was trying to tie a pretty burlap bow!
DIY Spring Berry Wreath
Items you’ll need
- Grapevine wreath form
- Berry floral stems
- Burlap ribbon
- wire cutters
- pliers
This Spring Berry Wreath is so incredibly easy to make that it almost seems silly to list the steps. However, this wouldn’t be a great DIY wreath tutorial without a little bit of instructions right? So let’s get started.
First things first, you’ll need individual berry stems to assemble this Spring wreath so make sure to snip them using wire cutters.
Next, arrange the berry stems around the grapevine wreath by sticking the stems through the wreath and bending the stems around the back using pliers. This will secure the berry stems to the wreath so they don’t fall out. No glue needed!
Finally, add a burlap bow to finish it off and display it on your front door!
Easy right? So easy anyone can do it!

This is beautiful! I love that you only covered the wooden part with half the berries!!
Lol, that was actually not my original intent! I didn’t have near enough to do the whole thing like I wanted and when I went back to the store there were no more berries 🙁 But I love the way it looks as is! Glad you like it too.
This is such a cute project! I love that it’s nice and Springy, but without loads of pastel colors.
Thank you so much Marie!
