Some of my best memories come from baking and making Christmas cookies and candies during the holiday season. My mom and I would always go overboard with making buckeye balls, chocolate crinkles, chocolate covered pretzels, and snickerdoodles just to name a few. We always had plenty to give out as gifts, or leave out for Santa.

Now that I am an adult, I don’t do as much baking around the holidays but that doesn’t stop me from drooling over all of the Christmas goodies you find on Pinterest. With Christmas less than 2 weeks away the Christmas cookies and candies have really been dominating my social media feeds, and I couldn’t help but gather up a few of my favorites.
