September Monthly Meal Plan

Another month has come and gone! Can you believe we are already past Labor Day, and all the kiddos are back in school? That means Summer is over and soon I’ll be enjoying my first Midwest Fall in over 8 years! I’m so excited for cooler weather, colorful falling leaves and of course, pumpkin spice everything!

If you were wondering, yes my husband and I are still following a ketogenic diet, so all of our meals are low carb adaptations of our favorites. But you can still follow our meal plan with your family even if you aren’t following a low carb diet!

Week 1

  • Monday–We were headed home from Illinois so we ate on the road!
  • Tuesday–Breaded and baked chicken tenders, steamed broccoli and cottage cheese
  • Wednesday–Egg and Chorizo breakfast hash (no potatoes)
  • Thursday–Lemon chicken and broccoli over cauliflower rice
  • Friday–Bunless hamburgers, cottage cheese, brussel sprouts
  • Saturday– Kansas City Renaissance Fair
  • Sunday–Baked chicken and vegetables

Week 2

Week 3

  • Monday–Beef stir fry over cauliflower rice
  • Tuesday– Lemon chicken and broccoli
  • Wednesday–Egg and chorizo breakfast hash (no potatoes)
  • Thursday– Big Mac Salad
  • Friday– BLTS in lettuce wrap
  • Saturday– Fajita chicken casserole
  • Sunday–Broccoli cheese soup
