June Low Carb Meal Plan
Week 1–June 4th- 10th
Dinners:
- Monday– Cajun Chicken and Zoodles
- Tuesday– Tacos with baked cheese shells
- Wednesday– Chicken sausages and veggies skillet
- Thursday– Chili Lime Salmon and roasted zucchini
- Friday– Pizza! (we LOVE this fat head dough) Here’s a non low-carb deep dish version
- Saturday– Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken with roasted broccoli and cauliflower
- Sunday– Cheddar brats with cauliflower mac n cheese
Week 2–June 11th-17th
Dinners:
- Monday- Cauliflower Nachos
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo Skillet
- Wednesday–Buffalo Chicken Casserole
- Thursday–Sheet Pan Cajun Shrimp and Veggies
- Friday– Cheesy Chicken Bacon Broccoli Bake
- Saturday–Grilled Burgers in lettuce wraps, cottage cheese
- Sunday– Grilled Pork Chops and salad

Week 3– June 18th-24th
Dinners:
- Monday–Beef and Broccoli over cauliflower rice
- Tuesday–Tacos
- Wednesday– Lemon Chicken and Broccoli
- Thursday– Chicken salad
- Friday–Pizza Rollups and Cauliflower breadsticks
- Saturday– Cheddar Brats with broccoli salad
- Sunday– Oven baked chicken wings with roasted broccoli
Week 4– June 25th-July 1st
Dinners:
- Monday–Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken with roasted broccoli and cauliflower
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo Skillet
- Wednesday– Beef Stir Fry
- Thursday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Friday– Burgers, oven roasted broccoli/cauliflower
- Saturday–Cheesy Chicken Bacon Broccoli Bake
- Sunday–Grilled Lemon Pepper Tilapia with roasted zucchini
