March Meal Plan
Never question what’s for dinner by creating a monthly meal plan just for your family. I’m sharing my low carb March meal plan so you can get some ideas.

March monthly meal plan
Week 1–March 5th-11th
Meal Prep:
- Cut up veggies for quick snacking
- Low carb pudding cookies (because I can’t resist)
Dinners:
- Monday– Cheesey Chicken and Cauliflower Casserole
- Tuesday– Chili (made with extra meat and veggies and no beans for us!)
- Wednesday–Lemon chicken and broccoli
- Thursday– Vegetable Beef Soup (no potatoes!)
- Friday– Grilled Steaks and Salad
- Saturday–Bacon wrapped meatloaf, cauliflower mash
- Sunday– Burgers no bun, roasted broccoli and cauliflower
Week 2–March 12th-18th
Meal Prep:
- Cooked bacon (good to have for a quick breakfast or just a snack)
- Hard boiled eggs
Dinners:
- Monday- Cheeseburger Salad (with leftover burgers)
- Tuesday– Broccoli cheese soup with bacon
- Wednesday–Skillet Queso Chicken (a new recipe coming soon!)
- Thursday–Beef and broccoli over cauliflower rice
- Friday– Pizza! (we LOVE this fat head dough) Here’s a non low-carb deep dish version
- Saturday–Baked Salmon, asparagus
- Sunday– Loaded cauliflower soup
Week 3–March 19th-25th
Meal Prep:
- Keto Cream Cheese Brownies
- Breakfast Egg Cups
Dinners:
- Monday–Baked and breaded chicken tenders (make a low carb version)
- Tuesday– Tacos with baked cheese tortillas
- Wednesday–Grilled Lemon Pepper Tilapia, Brussel’s sprouts
- Thursday– Baked Chicken and Vegetables
- Friday– Zuppa Toscana Soup
- Saturday– Grilled steaks, oven roasted broccoli/cauliflower
- Sunday– Beef Pot Roast with broccoli and carrots
Week 4– March 26th- April 1st
Meal Prep:
Dinners:
- Monday– Chicken Fajita Casserole
- Tuesday– Low Carb Shepherd’s Pie
- Wednesday– Eggs and Chorizo breakfast hash (no potatoes)
- Thursday– Chili Lime Skillet Chicken with zucchini noodles
- Friday– Pizza
- Saturday– Baked Salmon, oven roasted broccoli/cauliflower
- Sunday– Lemon chicken and broccoli
