November Low Carb Meal Plan
Week 1–November 5th-11th
- Monday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
- Tuesday– Tacos with these low carb tortillas
- Wednesday– Crock Pot Pork Roast and vegetables
- Thursday– Buffalo Chicken Casserole with roasted broccoli/cauliflower
- Friday– Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Saturday– Pot Roast (cauliflower instead of potatoes)
- Sunday– Zucchini Lasagna
Week 2– November 12th-18th
- Monday– Cheeseburger Casserole with roasted broccoli/cauliflower
- Tuesday– Taco Zoodles
- Wednesday– Cheesy Chicken Bacon Broccoli Bake
- Thursday– Crock Pot Queso Chicken Soup
- Friday– Pizza
- Saturday–Oven Baked Chicken Wings and Brussel’s sprouts
- Sunday– Crock Pot Italian Beef (we just eat the meat with no bread)

Week 3–November 19th-25th (THANKSGIVING WEEK)
- Monday– Cajun Chicken and Zoodles
- Tuesday– Low Carb Nachos (make these tortillas into chips!)
- Wednesday– We usually snack this day (check out my snack and appetizer recipes)
- Thursday– Thanksgiving Day (Check out my Thanksgiving page for menu ideas.)
- Friday–Lots of Leftovers!!!
- Saturday– Leftover Turkey recipes
- Sunday– Low Carb Chicken Pot Pie (with fat head dough)
Week 4– November 26th-December 2nd
- Monday– One Pot Beef and Broccoli
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo Breakfast Casserole
- Wednesday– Baked Chicken and Vegetables
- Thursday– Crock Pot Chili (we do double meat, usually ground beef and some chorizo, and no beans)
- Friday– Pizza
- Saturday– Crock Pot Wings and cheesy cauliflower casserole
- Sunday– Low Carb Zuppa Toscana Soup
