Week 1–November 5th-11th

Week 2– November 12th-18th

Week 3–November 19th-25th (THANKSGIVING WEEK)

  • Monday– Cajun Chicken and Zoodles
  • Tuesday– Low Carb Nachos (make these tortillas into chips!)
  • Wednesday– We usually snack this day (check out my snack and appetizer recipes)
  • Thursday– Thanksgiving Day (Check out my Thanksgiving page for menu ideas.)
  • Friday–Lots of Leftovers!!!
  • Saturday– Leftover Turkey recipes
  • Sunday– Low Carb Chicken Pot Pie (with fat head dough)

Week 4– November 26th-December 2nd
