Low Carb Dinner Plan for September
Week 1–September 3rd- Sept 9th
- Monday– Lemon Chicken and Broccoli
- Tuesday– Cajun Chicken and Zoodles
- Wednesday– Taco Salad
- Thursday–Beef and Broccoli with Cauliflower Rice
- Friday– Pizza (we LOVE this fat head dough) Here’s a non low-carb deep dish version
- Saturday–Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast (sub potatoes for cauliflower)
- Sunday–Cheddar brats with cauliflower mac n cheese
Week 2–Sept 10th- Sept 16th
- Monday– Slow Cooker Chicken Wings (we are going to try diet soda and sugar free BBQ)
- Tuesday–Mexican Eggs and Chorizo Skillet
- Wednesday– Slow Cooker Italian Beef (we just eat as is no bread)
- Thursday– Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Friday– Beef stir fry over cauliflower rice
- Saturday– Baked Chili Lime Salmon and brussels sprouts
- Sunday– Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Week 3– Sept 17th- Sept 23rd
- Monday– Baked Zoodles and Meatballs
- Tuesday– Taco Skillet
- Wednesday– Cheesy Bacon Chicken and Broccoli Bake
- Thursday– Slow Cooker Chili (no beans or half beans with extra meat!)
- Friday–Pizza
- Saturday–Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Sunday– Zucchini Lasagna
Week 4– Sept 24th- Sept 30th
- Monday– Zuppa Toscana
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo Skillet
- Wednesday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash (recipe coming VERY soon!)
- Thursday– Sugar Free Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs with Brussels Sprouts
- Friday– Cheeseburger Casserole
- Saturday– Zesty Queso Chicken Soup
- Sunday–Oven baked chicken wings with roasted broccoli
