I know I usually post these monthly meal plans on the first Monday of the month, but I thought I’d start posting them a week early. That way you can get a jump start on grocery shopping and planning for the week!
October Low Carb Meal Plan
Week 1–October 1st-7th
- Monday– Cajun Chicken and Zoodles
- Tuesday– Taco Soup
- Wednesday– Cheesy Bacon Chicken and Broccoli Bake
- Thursday–Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
- Friday– Pizza (we LOVE this fat head dough) Here’s a non low-carb deep dish version
- Saturday– Zuppa Toscana
- Sunday–Baked Chicken and Veggies
Week 2–October 8th-14th
- Monday–Slow Cooker Chili (no beans or half beans with extra meat!)
- Tuesday–Mexican Eggs and Chorizo Skillet
- Wednesday– Broccoli Cheese Soup (no flour, use heavy cream instead of milk)
- Thursday– Cheeseburger Casserole
- Friday– Taco Zoodles
- Saturday–Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Sunday– Zucchini Lasagna

Week 3– October 15th-21st
- Monday– Lemon Chicken and Broccoli Skillet
- Tuesday– Taco Skillet
- Wednesday– Zesty Queso Chicken Soup
- Thursday– Buffalo Chicken Casserole
- Friday–Pizza
- Saturday– Beef Pot Roast (use cauliflower instead of potatoes)
- Sunday– Chicken Pot Pie (I’m working on a low carb version!!)
Week 4–October 22nd-28th
- Monday–Slow Cooker Italian Beef (we just eat as is no bread)
- Tuesday– Low Carb Nachos
- Wednesday–Cheesy Bacon Chicken and Broccoli Bake
- Thursday– Loaded Cauliflower Soup (sub potatoes in this recipe)
- Friday– Beef and Broccoli with Cauliflower Rice
- Saturday– Crock Pot Wings, brussels sprouts
- Sunday–Zuppa Toscana
Week 5– October 29th-November 4th
- Monday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
- Tuesday– Mexican Eggs and Chorizo Skillet
- Wednesday– Chicken Stir Fry, Cauliflower Rice
- Thursday– Slow Cooker Chili (no beans or half beans with extra meat!)
- Friday– Pizza
- Saturday– Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Sunday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
