June is coming to an end, so that means it’s time to post our July low carb meal plan. Even though in all honesty, I never even posted June’s meal plan. Mostly because I forgot, but also because we were gone so much! The first two weeks my husband was gone, and that means I didn’t really cook. Then last week we spent camping and while we still eat low carb while camping, I just forgot to post our meal plan. Oh well, I’m back for July’s meal plan and I have some tasty ideas for you!

Not eating low carb? Most of these dinners have been adapted to fit into our low carb lifestyle. You can still follow along but add in potatoes, and pasta no problem!
July Low Carb Dinner Meal Plan
Week 1–July 1st- July 7th
- Monday–Cheesy Chicken and Zoodles
- Tuesday–Tacos with keto shells
- Wednesday– Instant Pot Chili Lime Chicken (I’m working on this recipe to publish but it’s similar to this)
- Thursday– Steak Fajita Skillet
- Friday– Pizza ( these crusts are amazing!! our fav is broccoli!)
- Saturday– Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers
- Sunday–Grilled chicken and roasted zucchini
Week 2– July 8th- July 14th
- Monday– Instant Pot Ranch Chicken over Zoodles
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Wednesday– Cheesy Chicken Bacon and Broccoli
- Thursday– Bratwurst, cottage cheese and roasted broccoli
- Friday– Philly Cheesesteak Skillet (this is a fav of ours!)
- Saturday– Chicken wings (air fryer) with Brussel’s sprouts
- Sunday– Grilled Pork Steaks with cooked carrots

- Monday–Steak bites with Brussels sprouts
- Tuesday– Nachos with low carb tortilla chips
- Wednesday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Thursday– Thai Yellow Chicken
- Friday–Pizzas
- Saturday– Grilled Steaks, Sugar Free Broccoli Salad
- Sunday– Zucchini Lasagna Rollups
Week 4– July 22nd- July 28th
- Monday– Keto Chicken Pot PieTuesday– Steak Fajita Skillet
- Wednesday–Pad Thai with these noodles
- Thursday– Philly Cheesesteak Skillet
- Friday– Bratwurst, Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole
- Saturday– Chicken wings (air fryer) with Brussel’s sprouts
- Sunday– Instant Pot Swiss Steaks (also working on this one!) with mashed cauliflower
Week 5– July 29th- August 4th
- Monday– Marinated Italian Chicken Kabobs
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Wednesday– Grilled Salmon, roasted zucchini
- Thursday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Friday–Pizza
- Saturday–Slow Cooker Italian Beef
- Sunday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
