Not eating low carb? Most of these dinners have been adapted to fit into our low carb lifestyle. You can still follow along but add in potatoes, and pasta no problem!
May Low Carb Dinner Meal Plan
Week 1–April 29th- May 5th
- Monday–Philly Cheesesteak Skillet (this is a fav of ours!)
- Tuesday–Tacos with keto shells
- Wednesday– Instant Pot Chili Lime Chicken (I’m working on this recipe to publish but it’s similar to this)
- Thursday– Burgers on the grill with salad
- Friday– Pizza ( these crusts are amazing!! our fav is broccoli!)
- Saturday– Instant Pot Garlic/Herb Pork Roast with broccoli and cauliflower
- Sunday–Grilled Ribeyes and salad
Week 2– May 6th- May 12th
- Monday– Chicken wings (air fryer) with Brussel’s sprouts
- Tuesday– Steak Fajita Skillet
- Wednesday– Cheesy Chicken Bacon and Broccoli
- Thursday– Bratwurst, cottage cheese and roasted broccoli
- Friday– Cilantro Lime grilled chicken and salad
- Saturday– Instant Pot Swiss Steaks (also working on this one!) with mashed cauliflower
- Sunday– Keto Chicken Tenders (Air fryer) with cooked carrots

Week 3–May 13th- May 19th
- Monday– Thai Yellow Chicken
- Tuesday–Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Wednesday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Thursday– Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers
- Friday–Pizzas
- Saturday– Pork Roast in our DIY Smoker, green beans
- Sunday–Chili Lime Salmon with asparagus
Week 4– May 20th- 26th
- Monday– Steak bites with Brussels sprouts
- Tuesday– Tacos
- Wednesday–Instant Pot Ranch Chicken over cauliflower rice (soon!)
- Thursday– Philly Cheesesteak Skillet
- Friday– Chicken wings (air fryer) with Brussel’s sprouts
- Saturday– Pot Roast
- Sunday–T-bone steaks and salad
Week 5– May 27th- June 2nd
- Monday– Memorial Day grill out with Family
- Tuesday– Steak Fajita Skillet
- Wednesday– Bratwurst, cottage cheese and roasted broccoli
- Thursday–Grilled chicken and roasted zucchini
- Friday–Pizza
- Saturday–Slow Cooker Italian Beef
- Sunday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
