Not eating low carb? Most of these dinners have been adapted to fit into our low carb lifestyle. You can still follow along but add in potatoes, and pasta no problem!

May Low Carb Dinner Meal Plan

Week 1–April 29th- May 5th

  • Monday–Philly Cheesesteak Skillet (this is a fav of ours!)
  • Tuesday–Tacos with keto shells
  • Wednesday–  Instant Pot Chili Lime Chicken (I’m working on this recipe to publish but it’s similar to this)
  • Thursday– Burgers on the grill with salad
  • Friday– Pizza ( these crusts are amazing!!  our fav is broccoli!)
  • Saturday– Instant Pot Garlic/Herb Pork Roast with broccoli and cauliflower
  • Sunday–Grilled Ribeyes and salad

Week 2– May 6th- May 12th
