August is a busy time of the year for sure and who has time to sit down and plan out all of their dinners for the month of August? No problem, I have it figured out for you! Not eating low carb? Most of these dinners have been adapted to fit into our low carb lifestyle. You can still follow August’s low carb meal plan but feel free to add in potatoes, and pasta no problem!

August Low Carb Meal Plan
Week 1– July 29th- August 4th
- Monday– Marinated Italian Chicken Kabobs
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Wednesday– Grilled Salmon, roasted zucchini
- Thursday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Friday–Pizza
- Saturday–Slow Cooker Italian Beef
- Sunday– Bacon Alfredo Spaghetti Squash
Week 2– August 5th- August 11th
- Monday– Chili Lime Chicken over Cauliflower Rice
- Tuesday–Nachos with low carb tortilla chips
- Wednesday–Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Thursday– Grilled Chicken with roasted zucchini
- Friday– Sugar Free Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs with broccoli and cauliflower
- Saturday–Chicken wings (air fryer) with Brussel’s sprouts
- Sunday– One Pot Beef Pot Roast (with cauliflower and carrots)

- Tuesday– Low Carb Steak Fajita Skillet
- Wednesday– Lemon Garlic Chicken and Zoodles
- Thursday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Friday–Instant Pot Pizza Soup
- Saturday– Grilled Steaks, Sugar Free Broccoli Salad
- Sunday– Zucchini Lasagna Rollups
Week 4– August 19th- August 25th
- Monday– Cheesy Chicken and Zoodles
- Tuesday– Tacos with Keto Cheese Tortillas
- Wednesday– Instant Pot Ranch Chicken over Cauliflower Rice
- Thursday– Philly Cheesesteak Skillet
- Friday– Thai Yellow Chicken
- Saturday– Burgers with cheesy cauliflower casserole
- Sunday– Instant Pot Swiss Steaks with mashed cauliflower
Week 5– August 26th- September 1st
- Monday– Chicken Bacon and Broccoli Bake
- Tuesday– Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Wednesday– Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Chicken
- Thursday– One Pot Beef and Broccoli
- Friday–Pizza
