Not eating low carb? No problem! The majority of these dinners have been adapted from regular dinner recipes! You can still follow along, but feel free to use potatoes, rice, bread and pasta to your heart’s content. I won’t judge!
March Low Carb Meal Plan
Week 1–February 25th- March 3rd
- Monday– Baked halibut and steamed veggies
- Tuesday–Taco Skillet over Cauliflower Rice
- Wednesday– Low Carb Chili–we double the meat and cut out the beans
- Thursday– Philly Cheesesteak Skillet
- Friday– Pizza ( these crusts are amazing!! )
- Saturday– Beef Pot Roast — cauliflower instead of potatoes
- Sunday– Ground Beef Stroganoff Skillet
Week 2– March 4th-10th
- Monday– Beef Fajitas Skillet
- Tuesday– Instant Pot Keto Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Wednesday– Air Fryer Chicken and steamed veggies
- Thursday– Tacos with keto shells
- Friday– Cheesy Ranch Chicken Spaghetti Squash (recipe soon!)
- Saturday– Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Sunday– Keto Chicken Pot Pie

- Monday– Chicken Parmesan Casserole
- Tuesday–Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Wednesday– Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers
- Thursday– Vegetable Beef Soup–cauliflower instead of potatoes
- Friday–Pizzas
- Saturday– Grilled Ribeyes and salad
- Sunday– Air Fryer Chicken Wings, steamed veggies
Week 4– March 18th- 24th
- Monday– Thai Yellow Chicken
- Tuesday– Chicken Bacon and Broccoli Bake
- Wednesday– Zuppa Toscana
- Thursday– Tacos with keto shells
- Friday– Instant Pot Low Carb Pizza Soup
- Saturday– Baked Chicken and Veggies
- Sunday– Swiss Steaks over mashed cauliflower
Week 4– March 25th- 31st
- Monday– Italian Beef
- Tuesday– Cheesy Chicken and Zoodles
- Wednesday– Bacon Cheeseburger Soup
- Thursday– Mexican Chorizo and Eggs
- Friday–Pizzas
- Saturday– Shepherd’s Pie–topped with mashed cauliflower
- Sunday–Chicken Bacon Broccoli Bake
